As part of our recent rebuild, we have restructured the way we issue User Names and Passwords. The new system is more powerful and flexible and will enable us to improve the quality of your user experience here at CoverageFirst.
As part of that restructuring, we have issued new User Names to all registered users. As of September 1, 2004, your old User Name will no longer work and you must use your new User Name to successfully login to CoverageFirst.com.
You may have received an e-mail recently informing you of this change. It would have included your new User Name. If you did not receive this e-mail or can't find it, all you have to do is contact the support center and they will send you your new User Name.
