CoverageFirst requires all participants to register.
This allows us to provide you and your agency (company) with greater personalization and security.  It is a simple process and takes only a few minutes.  From this page, you can register your agency (or MGA, etc.) and/or yourself.  First we need to decide if you are registering a new agency to CoverageFirst or if your agency is already registered, in which case, you simply need to register yourself as a user from that agency.

If you know that your company is registered but don't have your access code, we can help you find it.  If you cannot locate a person from within your company that has your access code, our call center will assist you.  You can contact our support center during normal business hours (CST) by calling 1-888-650-2685 or by clicking on the Chat Now icon.  You can also send them an e-mail if you wish by clicking here.  Tell our support representative who you are, the name of your agency or company, and explain that you have misplaced your company access code.  They will verify who you are and send you your company access code by e-mail.

If you are not sure if your agency is already registered, you can contact our support center during normal business hours (CST) by calling 1-888-650-2685 or by clicking on the Chat Now icon.  We will search our database to determine if your agency is already signed-up.  If your company is signed-up, someone in your office should have your company's access code or (if they registered before October 2000) company login name and password.  If you cannot find that person, we can e-mail you your access code.

If you do have an older Login and Password for your agency and you were a listed contact person in our database, then you need not register again.   Simply use that Login and Password on the Login page and our system will help you choose a new personal login and password.
